Digital Subscription
Full contents published on kbmeter.com website are accessible by signing up for a subscription. Each subscriber can access the restricted area by logging in with a username and password and can browse all sections of the site.
Subscription details
Digital Subscription to KbMeter can have a monthly or annual duration with the possibility of renewing for an equivalent period. To activate a subscription, access the “Subscribes” page, select the type of subscription and follow the procedure on the screen. Payment is in advance and can be made by credit card or PayPal.
There are no automatic renewals. Each subscriber will receive an expiration notice 10 and 5 days before the expiration with all the instructions for renewal. After the deadline for renewal, the subscription expires and the user will no longer have access to the reserved area of the site.
Cacellation rights
Digital Subscriptions:
- By placing your order for a Digital Subscription subject to these Terms and Conditions, you agree that we may start your Subscription immediately upon our acceptance of your order and that you waive your statutory right to cancel our contract within 14 days of our confirmation email.
- This means that you lose your right to cancel this contract once we have provided confirmation via email of your Digital Subscription and that any notice of cancellation that you provide (whether before or after the 14-day period) will only take effect at the end of your current subscription period. You will not be entitled to a refund except in the event that there is a fault in our provision of our Services

Law and Jurisdiction
a) Online Dispute Resolution
Disputes with the Consumer Customer relating to the validity, effectiveness, interpretation or execution of the contract as well as, in general, relating to navigation on the Site by the Customer or to the use of any functionality made available to him on the Site, may be subject to attempt of conciliation to be carried out through the European platform of “Online Dispute Resolution” (so-called ODR) available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Through the ODR platform, the Customer can submit a complaint relating to the contract concluded online by activating the online dispute resolution procedure. The e-mail address of the professional seller to be included in the complaint is info@kbmeter.com. If the amicable settlement attempt fails, the dispute is devolved to the judicial authority of the Court of residence or domicile of the Consumer Customer, which has exclusive and binding territorial jurisdiction.
In any case, for the resolution of the aforementioned disputes, the Customer has the right to take legal action before the Judge of the Court in which he has his residence or domicile of choice whatever the outcome of the mediation procedure. The jurisdiction of this forum is mandatory and cannot be waived in any way.
