Financial Markets Brace for a Pivotal Week of Central Bank Decisions
Financial markets are preparing for a week filled with central bank decisions. Investors are awaiting the next monetary policy moves from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Japan. In the meantime, global equities and bonds remain on an upward trend.

Our intermarket dashboards show a stable situation, with sentiment clearly in risk-on mode (gold is slowing its rally) and the equity/bond pair still trending higher.
On the macro front, today’s agenda includes data on the performance of the Chinese economy and the September update of the U.S. Empire State Index.
Signals from our forecasting analyses continue to converge on a scenario where U.S. indexes remain in positive territory, along with Asian markets. Some additional uncertainty persists in European equities. On the bond side, there are few changes: U.S. corporate bonds are still positive (with some signs of slowdown in European ones). The dollar remains weak, commodities are expected to rise, and volatility is stable.
