Disputes with the Consumer Customer relating to the validity, effectiveness, interpretation or execution of the contract as well as, in general, relating to navigation on the Site by the Customer or to the use of any functionality made available to him on the Site, may be subject to attempt of conciliation to be carried out through the European platform of “Online Dispute Resolution” (so-called ODR) available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Through the ODR platform, the Customer can submit a complaint relating to the contract concluded online by activating the online dispute resolution procedure. If the amicable settlement attempt fails, the dispute is devolved to the judicial authority of the Court of residence or domicile of the Consumer Customer, which has exclusive and binding territorial jurisdiction.
